Barbara M. Scott

Barbara M. (MacGarvey) Scott of North Falmouth died on September 24 in Falmouth Hospital. She was 92.

She was born in West Virginia to Joseph and Charlotte (Henderson) MacGarvey and was a 1941 graduate of Bulkeley High School in Hartford, Connecticut. She worked as a model. She was married to Guilford Scott for 21 years.

She was a member of the Cape Cod Church in Mashpee, the Cape Cod Curling Club and was a founding member of the Falmouth gardening group, Dirt Diggers.

In addition to her husband, she leaves her children, Nancy Bourgard of Longs, South Carolina, Catherine Newell of Collinsville, Connecticut, and Timothy Quigley of Wardsboro, Vermont.
