Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres  at 6:30
Dinner at 7:30.

Field green salad with poached Pears, roasted Beets, candied Walnuts with a Cran-Fig dressing

Choice of Beef or Fish:

     Filet of Sole wrapped with wild Mushroom Duxelle, baby Beets, Lobster Mousse
     OR
     Tenderloin center cut Filet Mignon crowned with wild Mushroom Duxelle with demiglaze

5 grain Rice blend
Vegetable is Chef's choice
Dessert - Pumpkin Bourbon Mousse
Coffee or Tea
 
The cost per person is $35 to be paid at the time of signup, no later than December 10th.  There is  also a sign up at the Club with an envelope designated for such.  If you choose to send a check, please make it payable to the Cape Cod Curling Club and mail to:

Payment must be received no later than December 10th as we need to give Chef Roland a definite count at that time.
