Training: Chess on Ice

Strategy and Shot Selection

A totally different training session on Strategy and Shot Selection is scheduled for
Sunday February 12 from 9:00-11:00 AM.
Scott Fernandes put me onto a GREAT YouTube series, “Chess on Ice”.
The session will be watching the videos (there are several) and discussing them.
Clearly, everyone can watch them at home but a discussion on the points made in
the videos should be beneficial to all.
The session should be extremely helpful to all the new skips and a great refresher
to our many experienced skips. All are welcome.
The session will be held in the warm room.
