The GNCC won the first ever CANAM mixed international.  The Cape Cod team, by winning all 4 if their games, contributed to that win.  Congrats to Skip-Matina Heisler, Vice-Davin Windsor, 2nd- Liz Abeltin and Lead-Philip Baybutt.

This past weekend, three Cape Cod Curling Club junior curlers traveled to Petersham Curling Club and competed in their Youth Bonspiel.  They played in 3-person teams, with three draws on Saturday and a final draw on Sunday.  The team consisted of Jasper Smith as skip, Isaac Smith as vice, and Ezra Smith as lead.  With a record of 3-0 heading into Sunday's final, it came down to the last stone with Team Smith winning in a great game by both teams.  Good curling indeed!

 90 of us gatheredon Saturday night ,January 25th, for the first, hopefully annual, Silver and Gold Salute.  We welcomed those LTC curlers who became club members in 2024 and honored the many volunteers who gave and continue to give of their time and talents.  Special salutes went out to those who chair major committees or who do yeoman's work in some area.  The event was catered by MIke Otto and we even hired bartenders for the evening so that no one had to volunteer - except the decorating committee who did a bang up job turning the club into a lovely cocktail party environment.  Thanks to decorating committee chair Paula Howe and her crew.  Paula also chaired the event with her committee - Laurie Benton, Mary Colacchio, Paula Flanders, Jamie Hutchinson and Gordon Waring.
