About the Spiel
Cape Cod Curling Club has welcomed curlers to the Dewees Mixed SummerSpiel every summer since 1969 (with a short hiatus while the world took a time-out). Whether you are coming here to curl, to cheer, or simply out of curiosity, we are happy to share our sport and the details of this Summerspiel with you!
The Dewees Mixed is a points spiel, with 36 teams joining us from across the US and Canada. Each team will play 3 games (1 per day) between Thursday and Saturday. Teams earn points by winning games, winning ends, and the number of stones counted in each end. The top 12 teams will move on to the Finals, which take place on Sunday.

Parking and Traffic Flow
Yes, It's true, our club does not have a ton of parking and the SummerSpiel always pushes us to the limit. We also have a one way flow to traffic in our lot and the shared driveway with the Falmouth Sports Center. To help with both parking and traffic flow, we have a handy guide to help you out. Extra parking for curlers can be found behind the Falmouth Sports center and remember to follow the arrows to help avoid a head on collision!
